This has been a busy week-end for Namco-Bandai, or Bamco as the community calls them. The Beta test of Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker that started last Friday has finally ended, although it is hard to tell if the results were what they intended or not.

Indeed, there were some issue with the servers, ranging from the occasional lag and rubber-banding to the inability to join matches at all. It was only early today that they managed to fix the majority of the connection issues. Meanwhile, they have received heavy criticism from the players, with some even stating they would cancel their pre-orders or plans to buy the game on release.
That is rather unfortunate, considering that one of the main purposes of the Beta was to stress test the servers, and fix them accordingly. While this has been mostly accomplished, it comes at the cost of negative opinions among a portion of the community.
