Just a few days ago, Phil Spencer, director of the Xbox branch of Microsoft, indicated that we would not have long to wait before having new information around the launch of the Xbox Series X and the games to come.
A few days later, it was after a question asked by a Twitter user that Phil Spencer spoke again. The user, called DiagnosedWhity, asked Spencer which, according to him, were the technologies that justified the release of a new generation of Xbox the most. The latter, even if he did not detail new features, agreed to answer:
RT on console will be great. I’m very focused on the work we are doing around Dynamic Latency Input (DLI). In my view the feel of games this upcoming generation will change as dramatically as any since 2D to 3D given CPU upgrade, DLI, memory bandwidth and SSD.
